Discussions, topic tags, and a smoother Learn flow

- changelog
A big day for the problem page.
Talk about problems
Every problem now has a Discussions tab. Ask questions, compare approaches, or share how an interview version of the problem went.
Topic tags, without spoilers
Problems are now tagged by topic (arrays, DP, graphs, and so on), hidden behind a spoiler-safe reveal so you don't get the approach given away before you've tried. You can filter by topic in the problem browser too, with a multi-select filter that matches any or all of the topics you pick.
Learn flows better
- Next/prev navigation takes you straight to the neighboring problem in a ladder, with a section progress indicator so you know where you are.
- Official lessons now appear in a Lesson tab right on the problem page.
- Categories were re-tiered, and tier 1 is now called Fundamentals.
Submissions and rooms
- All your submissions. The history view now pages through everything you've ever submitted, not just the recent ones.
- Idle presence. Practice-room users who've gone quiet show as idle instead of online.
- Activity timestamps. Room activity entries now say when they happened.
- Spectating is capped at 20 viewers per person, and the app tells you when a room is full.
Polish
- The results pane got a cleaner inset look and a draggable height.
- Browser tabs now lead with the problem name instead of "AlgoBlazer".
- Study group hosts can type the max player count instead of clicking plus forty times.
